La RAM debe ser DDR, y lo máximo que le podrías meter es 2GB, tomando en cuenta que es vieja la máquina, no se que tanto!!!!
Y en disco duro, debes averiguar si es IDE o SATA, y lo máximo en el mercado es como de 250GB!!
