What are you more interested in practicing, writing or speaking english?
There are several ways to do either one, by whatsapp, facebook, voice call etc. Meeting at a coffee shop too, but for those who can't attend a virtual way would work better.

I'm interested in both of them cause with practice no matter which one, we're putting in practice the other skill. We can make a whatsapp group it would help.

That could work too. The conversational skills would have to be practiced using a different method though.

Hahaha that sounds so paranoid like we are starting an illegal scheme. But we can also email each other, straight form this forum, and use facebook to to establish security that we can trust each other.

Haha, no I was making a joke. I wasn't saying you're paranoid, I meant like in movies when they say: "we can't talk here, it's not safe", it sounded like we were planning something weird.

I agree I wouldn't post my phone number.
