Job Description
Analyze business processes to develop innovative software solutions that improve workflow
Collaborating with Project Manager to assess and prioritize potential new projects
Translating user requirements into specifications
Working as lead programmer while managing programming team to complete simultaneous projects
Responsible for entire deployment cycle
Implementing software development standards company-wide
Characteristics & Qualifications
Highly-motivated, creative, and pro-active with ability to work independently
Positive attitude
At least 2 years prior software project management experience
Fluent in English and Spanish
B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
Required programming knowledge in ASP.Net and SQL Server
