Granted, Costa Rica has a Socialized medicine and ranked one notch higher in quality of its medicine than US. They are #37 and we are #38. It is a pretty place, but if you really want the medicine of the highest quality, wouldn't you move to the Netherlands. They are ranked as a #1 Health Care Provider. So, why Costa Rica?
